With over two decades of leadership in data management, Prosasty Chaudhuri combines global expertise with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Having started her career in India and France and traveled to over 100 countries, she brings a global perspective, connecting with people through empathy, compassion, and authentic charisma.

As the former Managing Director and Chief Data Officer at Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), Prosasty led key revenue-generating initiatives and drove a comprehensive data strategy. She previously held leadership roles at Citi, HSBC, Nasdaq, and GE Capital, earning a reputation for transformative leadership across data engineering, analytics, and operations.

A sought-after speaker at global conferences like the MIT Data Conference and the Johns Hopkins Connection Series, Prosasty shares valuable insights on data leadership and DEI. In 2024, she was honored as a Listee of Marquis Who’s Who, further cementing her influence. She has also been named one of the “Top 100 Global Data Power Women” by CDO Magazine for three consecutive years and received the Outstanding Achievement award for the best websites on the World Wide Web.

Now, Prosasty is turning her focus toward entrepreneurship, bringing her wealth of experience to new ventures.

She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. In both her corporate roles and advocacy work, Prosasty continues to blaze trails in data management while championing DEI.
